Do not allow anyone to tell you that it cannot be done. No challenge can match the heart and fight and spirit of America. We will not fail. Our country will thrive and prosper again. We stand at the birth of a new millennium, ready to unlock the mysteries of space, to free the earth from the miseries of disease and to harness the energies, industries and technologies of tomorrow. A new national pride will stir ourselves, lift our sights and heal our divisions. It’s time to remember that old wisdom our soldiers will never forget -- that whether we are black or brown or white, we all bleed the same red blood of patriots.

We all enjoyed the same glorious freedoms, and we all salute the same great American flag.

And whether a child is born in the urban sprawl of Detroit or the windswept plains of Nebraska, They look up at the same night sky, they build a heart with the same dreams and they are infused with the breath of life by the same Almighty Creator.

So to all Americans in every city near and far, small and large, from mountain to mountain, from ocean to ocean, hear these words -- you will never be ignored again.

Your voice, your hopes and your dreams will define our American destiny. Together, And your courage and goodness and love will forever guide us along the way. We will make America strong again. 1月20日，特朗普已经正式成为美国总统。通常总统上任后至少有一百天的“蜜月期”：不管选民原先选择如何，都愿意给新总统尝试的机会。可是经历了一整年总统选举撕裂的美国政坛和社会，在选后的两个多月中，却看不到对抗缓和的气象。特朗普在未上任前，似乎已经失去了这个“蜜月”。

有三个主要原因：一、特朗普当选的合法性疑问；二、特朗普的“非传统政治”的争议；三、特朗普要全面逆转奥巴马政策遗产引发的反抗。

普选票数、假新闻、电邮门

本届竞选过程中争议太大，疑云众多，首先给特朗普带来“得位不正”，即当选合法性（legitimacy）的争议。这表现在四个方面：

第一，普选票落后。特朗普是史上赢了选举人票的总统中，普选票落后最多的，得票比希拉里少三百万票，占2%──这绝非一个小数字。虽然选后经历锈带三州的重点票风波，及选举人投票争议，特朗普都安然度过，证明了选举过程的公正及制度的有效性。但普选票落后，还是成为他心头之痛。

本来，选举制度预先设定，特朗普按制度胜出，无可厚非。但普选票落后这么多，证明了他并非“众望所归”，不是“大多数人”支持的总统。何况，他在过去几年一直指责制度不合理，竞选中又说选举制度对自己不利，甚至扬言输了也不一定接受结果。现在自己竟成为这套制度的得益者，剧情反转太大。

加上他的性格“要赢到尽”，明明只是险胜，却非要坚持自己“压倒性胜利”。于是特朗普只得找出种种借口：先毫无根据地说民主党选民有三百万非法移民；又说如果竞选规则是普选的话，自己一样胜利；又说自己是列根（里根）之后赢得最多郡的共和党候选人。而他威胁希拉里，若她支持重点票就要检控她私设邮件服务器，也惹来“政治干预司法”的争议。

第二，假新闻帮助特朗普。在选后不久，美国政坛就掀起假新闻的讨论。其实，往年选举的假新闻也很多，受众多是“另类右派”的低学历白人基督徒。但这次选举的假新闻危害特别大，4chan、reddit、youtube、脸书和推特等网站都成为制造、发酵和传播假新闻的利器，引起广泛争议。这些假新闻绝大部分有利特朗普，其团队还参与传播假新闻。倚仗假新闻上台，怎么说都不是光鲜的事。

第三，FBI违反中立原则影响大选。在选前11天，FBI 总管科米（James Comey），在未有实质证据的情况下，早知道可能“引起误读”，还突然写信给国会，宣布重启“希拉里电邮门”调查；选前三天才宣布维持原先“不起诉”的结论。此举一下子改变了选举的形势。希拉里、民主党参议院领袖里德和不少独立学者都认为，这是民主党败选的关键。FBI 的举动史无前例，涉嫌违法。司法部在选举前已对科米此举展开调查，国会也正开始听证。如果证实科米有不当甚至不法的行为，还会进一步动摇特朗普当选的合法性。

而最后一点，甚至比前述三点都还重要：俄罗斯通过窃取和发放美国民主党电邮，刻意帮助特朗普赢得大选。
